Customer Care Specialists

Requirements:

-Excellent oral and written English communication skills
-Proficient in computer and internet applications
-Completed 3 years of college education in any course, or finished a two-year diploma or certificate course
-Fresh graduates or those without work experience are welcome to apply
-Willing to work on graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
-Willling to be assigned in Makati, Mandaluyong or Quezon City
-Experience in up-selling and cross-selling is an advantage
